The largest adversary sits in the own camp. Jürgen Rüttgers, Prime Minister of the country North-Rhine/Westphalia and thus Teileigentümer of the West German Landesbank (WestLB).
For their sales for weeks one struggles. It stands firmly however only that is to be sold. More was not allowed to happen so far, but Rüttgers ensured. While the associations of savings banks in the country, which hold the majority by the WestLB, express themselves unisono for a fusion with the Landesbank of Baden-Wuerttemberg (LBBW), Rüttgers drives another course.
The man, who had won the North-Rhine/Westphalia choice also with the Slogan “private before state”, does not do suddenly any longer so easily to deliver rolling Institut to the substantially stronger natives of stuttgart.
